Hercules ModuleTM
The Hercules Module is based on the same physical architecture as the Cipher Security Module, but without the Cipher Applications Suite activated. Instead, the Hercules Module is designed to protect card data anywhere that data is sent within the device, thereby providing to the hardware vendor a means of achieving mandated security levels without having to re-design the entire unit.
The Hercules Module can be "designed-in" as an OEM component or provided as a retrofit assembly for existing devices.
